This native Friulian vine is characterized by the color of the peduncle which blushes as it matures. Refosco is known for its pleasantness, reminiscent of red fruits and undergrowth when tasted.

Vinification
After crushing and de-stemming, the pomace is left to macerate in contact with the musts at a temperature between 25 ° and 28 ° C for 4-5 days, in large steel tanks. Frequent pumping over allows excellent color extraction and good body. Aging takes place in concrete tanks for 4 months.
