Cifra Duemani red wine is exclusively made from Cabernet Franc grapes grown in vineyards in the Riparbella area. Bottled without clarification or filtration, the result is a natural wine that combines elegance, authenticity and intense, enveloping aromas. On the nose, it offers notes of ripe, dark wild berries such as cherry and blackcurrant, as well as herbal aromas of lavender and a touch of musk. An elegant Cabernet Franc with unmistakable character, beautiful freshness, strength and velvety tannins. Pairs fantastically with cold cuts and salami, pasta with meat sauce, and rich risottos.
