CHIMBANTA
RThe depth of Chimbanta is great: dark, it is a wine that you want to discover, straight yet wide, with the intense fruits of plum and myrtle to act as a thick texture, to be placed on the nose. The taste is iridescent, electric, powerful, guided bygentle yet powerful tannins. A very long finish, which perfumes the empty glass for hours.
This is the Chimbanta: a powerful taste of the Mediterranean.
Name: in the Sardinian language Chimbanta means fifty, born to celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of Paul. A Kent’Annos.
