Benas is a classic Vermentino di Sardegna, bright straw-yellow, with citrusy, floral notes on the nose. On the palate, a buttery texture lifted by lively acidity and saline, mineral notes due to the vineyards’ close proximity to the sea. It is a fresh, crisp wine ideal for aperitivi and pairing with light fish dishes.
